About Casa Azul del Caribe

Casa Azul del Caribe is a newly constructed home located directly on the Caribbean Sea on the island of Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres is located 8 miles off the coast of Cancún on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, and can be reached by a 20 minute ferry ride from Puerto Juárez, Cancún. Located on a quiet street in the Salina Chica neighborhood, Casa Azul is conveniently located on the Caribbean side of Isla Mujeres facing the north, and is in close proximity to Playa Norte and the restaurants in el centro, as well as surrounding colonias.

Casa Azul del Caribe features three-plus bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining and living areas, offering sweeping views of the Caribbean. The home is equipped with wireless hi-speed internet and air-conditioning throughout. There also is a 32” flat-screen television with over 80 cable channels and a DVD player. Also on the first floor are two equally-sized bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom.

The second floor features the Master Suite, with stunning, unobstructed views of the Caribbean. The suite also includes a large, private balcony, a king-sized bed, and a 32” flat-screen television. Located adjacent to the Master Suite is a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, which is suitable for children. The second level also has a street-facing terrace and garden.

The home also features a roof-top palapa and a 40-ft Tiki bar, offering 360 degree, panoramic views of the island, as well as across the water to Cancún.

Casa Azul shares the ocean-side pool, swim-up bar, and patio area with its neighbor, El Castillo Maya. The two properties can be rented together to accommodate large parties of 16-20 people – a great option for a family reunion or a wedding! There is plenty of off-street parking and both properties are beautifully landscaped.
