If you would like to view rates or make a reservation for Casa Azul Del Caribe, please click the following link to be taken to our separate reservation site. After we receive your request, we will follow up with you to let you know whether or not the date you requested are available, confirm the terms of your stay, and arrange for payment.
Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making the reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to arrival, except in the case of holiday reservations, when the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if notice to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforeseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
Please note, smoking is prohibited in the house. If there is evidence that there has been smoking, we reserve the right to charge your credit card $300 for additional cleaning expenses.
